During this class we will not only enjoy delicious restorative poses using the bolsters based on Anjali practice, but we will dive into the theme of breathing as used to focus and relax deeper into our practice. The breath is used as a tool to slow down our busy minds but also to allow our senses to take over creating a wonderful state of peacefulness.

Classes change with the season and may include a variety of group exercise formats. Seasonal outdoor programming includes: hiking, rafting, yoga, trekking, snowshoe tours and bootcamps. Classes are 50 minutes and a $15 fee unless otherwise noted.
