Outdoor Cycling Workout #2 - $25 fee |
Work on skills and drills to improve your cycling performance. This group meets on the bike path on the back of the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa. All participants are welcome, however you must provide your own bike, helmet, and gear. Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes in advance at the club to complete a participant waiver form.
Fees included for those subscribed to the monthly Cycling Membership ($40/month - Members only).

This class utilizes the Tower (which is located on the backside of the Reformer). Tower classes can also be used in combination with the Reformer. This apparatuses also provides a full-body workout and is Class size is 4 students per class. This class is the unique combination of Ballet Barre, Pilates, Yoga & Dance. It is an energetic, up tempo class that integrates the muscles in such a way that you are using your own body weight to help in your workout. The muscle shaping techniques of isometrics, the elongating principles of dance conditioning, the core engagement of Pilates and the flexibility and breath of Yoga helps to shape and tone your whole body! $15 fee (Members: Included)

These classes are dedicated to cultivate foundational steadiness and bodily awareness to build knowledge of hatha yoga. Foundations are perfect for those seeking a slower paced class with heightened awareness of how to align the body with fluid breath and movements. $20 Fee (Members: Included)

This class utilizes the Pilates Reformers. The Reformer provides a full-body workout. You will work through a choreographed routine of challenging movements to strengthen, stretch and lengthen your body. Class size is 4 students per class. Students must start with private equipment session (or be ‘tested out’) and be approved by an instructor before entering these classes. Classes are non-competitive and closely monitored for precise balancing of your strength and muscle control. $40 Fee (Members: $20)

Outdoor Social Bike Ride (Mariella) |
Take a nice leisurely road bike ride with members of the local community. This group meets on the bike path on the back of the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa. This is a complimentary program for members and guests alike!
Classes change with the season and may include a variety of group exercise formats. Seasonal outdoor programming includes: hiking, rafting, yoga, trekking, snowshoe tours and bootcamps. Classes are 50 minutes and a $15 fee unless otherwise noted.
Classes include: yoga, mat Pilates, chair Pilates, circuit train, body sculpt and CycleFit.
Group classes = 50 minutes, $15 (season dependent)
