Himalayan Healing Body Ritual

Created around traditional Ayurvedic healing principles, this treatment blends therapeutic and aromatic herbs to balance the body and spirit. Using the healing properties of the Neem plant (known in India as the “pharmacy tree”), your ritual begins with a traditional Himalayan foot bath. An herbal body masque and gentle exfoliation is followed by a warm dosha-specific oil massage. Your body is covered with hot towels and wrapped in a warm cocoon while your face is treated to a Himalayan Marma massage. A warm aromatic bath is drawn to enhance relaxation and to restore the flow of your “prana,” your body’s vital energy.
